PAINTING, MY WAY OF LIFE. August 2, 2013 at 10:34am I am a self taught artist. As far as I can recall, I’ve been drawing since I was three. My father gave me a box of colored chalks and a small blackboard and I started making doodles even before I could read and write. I had a pile of comic books and was fascinated by the illustrations that I spent long hours copying them. While in Grade five, I made a pencil sketch of former First Lady Imelda Marcos and gave it to my class adviser as a gift.
